Arizona Financial Theatre's downtown location places the show in Phoenix's Entertainment District, close to restaurants, bars, and public transit. The venue's approximately 5,000-seat capacity makes it a substantial theater setting while retaining a more intimate scale than a stadium. Prices currently start around $40, with final prices varying by seat location and availability.

Venue and Seating Information

At Arizona Financial Theatre, the traditional theater layout includes Orchestra/Floor, Mezzanine, and Balcony seating. The Orchestra/Floor is closest to the stage and may be reserved seating or general admission, depending on the event configuration. Center orchestra and front-center mezzanine seats are identified as strong choices for a close, clear view; center mezzanine seating also offers an elevated perspective.

The upper Balcony provides a wider view and can be a more affordable option. Extreme side balcony seats may have limited sightlines for some stage configurations, so review the event's seating map before selecting seats. The venue is located at 400 W Washington St, Phoenix, AZ 85003.

Parking and Transportation

Parking and transit options around the downtown venue include:

• Adams Street Parking Garage — 4th Ave & Adams St, Phoenix, AZ 85003; adjacent to the theater. Estimated event parking is $10–$20. The garage is cashless, and advance parking purchase is recommended.
• Downtown Phoenix public garages — Several city and private garages are roughly one to three blocks away, with estimated rates of $8–$15.
• Valley Metro Light Rail — The Washington/Central Ave station is nearby and offers a car-free way to reach downtown.

For the shortest walk, the Adams Street Garage is the most convenient listed option; allow time for event traffic and check current access and pricing before arrival. Rideshare pickup and drop-off are also commonly used in the area, with Washington Street near the venue serving as a convenient reference point.
